Default Spongey clutch when cold on a 90 with 460k

I've got this Accord I'm trying to make half a million miles on. I live in state college and I drive delivery's for all the students at PSU. It's gotten quite cold around here recently, and when my car is cold I have to pump the clutch a ton to get any sort of decent pedal. Once I get going with it, it gets better as long as I'm in town. If I get up to speed for a bit then slow down it's like it gets cold again.

I put a clutch slave on at 448k, and while I was home for the semester break I was doing a head gasket and started to notice the clutch feeling a bit funny so I put the clutch master on it. It didn't really change anything and has been getting worse, however I'm not losing any fluid.

I took it to get the clutch blead and a belt tightened this afternoon. They blead the clutch for about 45 min, and it's better then it was this morning, but still the same.

I have a PDF Honda service manual for the 91, it shows a picture of a clutch pedal damper, but doesn't say anything about it. Anyone know what this does and if it could be causing my shitty pedal?

Update:
On my way to work tonight, whatever was failing... broke. So I borrowed my friends 96 park ave to do deliveries in. I've got a lot of fluid coming out where the hose meets the junction block on the top of the trans. I guess I'll be playing with it tomorrow. Heres to hoping it's just a little brass washer.

Oh man! I do not know what to tell you, but for aiming to make it to 1/2 million miles!

Keep us updated on what you find out about it when you dig into it.

When I went out in the cold to work on it this afternoon the fluid was still full. So the puddle on the trans is probably from the bleeding yesterday. Even still I pulled apart the hose to line connection and nothing had any reason to be leaking.

So at this point I'm determined to cut the clutch damper out of the hydraulics. I pulled it out and took it to the auto parts store to get some brass fittings, but it's metric so they have none. The guy sold me a compression fitting, so as I could cut the ends of the lines off and then compress them together.

I don't trust compression fittings and don't want to put one on my rusty lines, so it looks like I'm going spend the day tomorrow looking for the clutch damper... hopefully used and cheap. I gotta get this thing on the road for my 6-1 shift tomorrow night. Wish me luck

Edit:
Here this was a few weeks ago on my way back to State College coming through Harrisburg traffic:

Honda wants $78, and it's like a week away.

I gotta get one from a junkyard, but there aren't any local. Anyone have a junkyard easily accessible, and wants to pull one and send it to me?

Weekend update:
I gave up trying to find a used one and went back to hacking some lines. I spent two days out in the bitter cold in 15 min bursts working on it.
The lines were a really wonky size, and they kept slipping out of the 1/4 hole on the flaring tool, I could not get them to bubble out to make the double flare, so I ended up just putting a single flare on them and then used a union to put them together. I'll try and get a picture of it tomorrow. There was so much air in the system, I went through two bottles of brake fluid trying to bleed it. Still no dice by 10 when I had to work. I'm going to take it back to firestone to get a good pressure bleed whenever I wake up.

I ended up driving my girlfriends nearly identical 91 for my shift again tonight. She works at 6am, so I stayed up to get her car back to her. Hers has an actual paint job, nearly half the miles and an auto thats barely holding on. I was looking for a clutch all weekend
