Default Clutch issue

I have a clutch issue on my 01 prelude all of a sudden. (Hydrolic clutch)
As the car warms up, the engagement point keeps rising. It moves from 1/2" off the floor, to basically fully out. Then when it cools off, it's back to near the floor? wierd? I bleed the clutch 2 different time to make sure there's no air. Once with a vacuum pump, and once with pushing the pedal.

Any Ideas what is wrong?

How old is the clutch? Sounds like it needs to be replaced.
