I will be installing CTR cams in my 91 model b16a and will also be doing the H22 lma conversion. I was thinking that since my motor comes with dual springs on the intake and single springs on the exhaust, I could go to the Honda parts counter (again, lol) and get a set of 8 inner intake springs from a 94+ DelSol VTEC motor to mate with my stock outer exhaust springs. Along with that, I was going to get the retainers and spring seats from the delsol since my exhaust springs are only single sprung, and don't have a groove/surface in the retainers or spring seats for the inner spring.
Then, when the inner springs are installed, I will have dual springs on both the intake and the exhaust. Let's keep in mind here that I am not installing BC4 cams, nor am I installing S2 stage 3 cams.
Let me know.

if u want dual inners and outers than just get a set of itr valve springs. integra type-r's come with dual inners and outers on both exhaust and intake. and make sure u get the itr retainers and keepers. or u can just get a set of idunno supertechs. if ur gonna crack into the valvetrain then do it all not just half. ur using springs that are 17 years old. think about that for a while.
