oil leak
Its kind of hard to tell where you really pointing to. Is around the distributor? It could be the dizzy o-ring then. Almost looks like oil is all over the front of the head, might be the valve cover gasket then.
By just looking at the pics provided I can safely say that it is definately a combination of a valve cover gasket/distributor seal.
If you decide to replace them yourself make sure to use some Hondabond where the service manual/Haynes manual reccomendeds
Good Luck!

Bad really depends on how much oil you have to add to it ever week or so. But no oil leak is a good one. The dizzy o-ring is $2.00 from honda, and you can get a fel-pro valve cover gasket from your local auto parts store for around $20 i think.

Its not hard at all, time for you to do these i would est. 30 minutes.
