so ive been tryin to find a type r head but i h ave no luck its been only like a swap or the long block anyone know any sites for a integra type r head?

why do you want one? theyre extremely pricey and i think youre better off building a gsr or b16 head

go with a b16 head since there is an abundance of them and put in the cams YOU want and get a port and polish and valve job if you want better flow than a type r head for sure and i bet you can do it less than a type R head...

And you could find a B16 head for like 400.
