Default Very Foggy Interior Windows 5gen

Trying to figure out what this is, there are no leaks or holes in the car or floor.

I put on the defogger and it all goes away but within minutes its back.

All the cars around me are clear and i'm all fogged up.

Could it be all my hot sweat??

running the a/c will dry out the air in the cab. makes a huge difference.

i do run the a/c but it doesnt help much and the fog comes back VERY quick.
is there a cabin filter that needs to be changed periodically?

Check your carpets for dampness and make sure your door drains (little holes in the bottom of your doors) are clear.

Try to clean your windshield (i mean inside) one or twice a month to see its work.

it's most likely moisture trapped somewhere...maybe the rear seats, the carpets? idk but it shouldnt be anything to do with the seals-because if a car had no seals this would probably help vent the fog away. use rain-x anti fog liquid, see if that works.
