i have a d16z6/y8, low compression build. i was running a t25 with internal wastegate, then all i did was switch to a turbonetics t3 with an external wastegate all the sudden my bov doesnt work. boost gauge shows 18 to 21 in of vacuum at or around idle. have run vacuum from throttle body and from manifold. even changed the bov too. any one seen this before??? any advise would be awesome
