Well, I ran GSR cams in 2 of my LS/Vtec turbo setups.. they both made good power. Last year was close to 500whp on a pretty conservative 21psi tune on my 35R
I picked up a set of CTR cams for this season... but after doing some reading, I think i want to upgrade to some CROWER stage 2 turbo cams...My head is built with all supertech hardware, so im not worried there.
The Crowers dont look to be all that expensive.... Once I sell my CTR and GSR cams i should be close....

How much of a gain should I expect with a good turbo cam like crower over the CTR or GSR cams

 

Benny turbo cams probally arent going to give you gains over ctr cams. I remember someone saying they used crower turbo vs ctr before and made 40whp more with the ctr
a semi agressive na cam will do better: sk2 pro1's, blob b's...

ive heard good things about the pro1's for a boosted application...

Skunk2 pro1's seem to be the cam to have right now. With the gains some people are reporting over their itr/ctr cams, I think that's your best bet.
