well my car was stolen 2 weeks ago i got it back and the ignition was busted no wires where cut nothing so i bought a new one today and i went to put it in and now the car wont start
i hear a click from the ecu and besides that i get nothing
anyone have any ideas on what it might be?

its coming from the main relay

 

is the pump priming, and is the car even turning over?

 

they fuel pump does making a noise like its prime
and the car doesnt turn over
nothing from the engine bay

 

have you checked for sparking?

 

not yet but the car wont even crank so the sparking isnt my worrie right now

 

I dont know if the main relay has anything to do with the starter functioning, but have you checked the grounds and starter, or tried hot-wiring it to see if it will crank?

 

ive never hot wired a car so i dont know how to do it lol

 

Maybe i should've said hard-wire, its one of the two, lol. But just run a good gauge wire from the battery straight to the starter and see if it turns over.
