Well my car wont start. So i pull into autozone to get some oil, and came back out and it wont start. i took off teh starter and got it tested and it works. the starter wire is getting 12.5v and the battery wire on teh starter is also getting 12.5v.

When i turn the key NOTHING no noise at all. Sounds like a somone trying to start a car with out pushing in teh clutch.
But one strange thing is i dont hear the main relay or fuel pump being primed at all, does that have anything to do with it?
Shouldnt the starter at lease make a clicking noise? becasue it still getting 12.5v to it .

please help me!!!!

check ur battery's positive and ground wire..make sure they're not loose. Sounds like a dead battery to me...

Common problem is the main relay can begin to develop cracks on the soldering. It happens mostly when its hot out.

I would take your main relay off take it inside autozone and stick it the soda refridg-a-mathing and let it cool down then plug it back in and see if the car starts.

Also check alllllll fuses, under hood and under dash.

i have check all fuses under the dash and hood. I also check the battery its good i even put a jump box to it..

i dont know what else to check. I mean no matter what te starter should atlease clcik its getting 12v to it.

any more help please!!

oh yeah i connect my s300 to my laptop and there is no connection it "off line"

how do i check for a bad ecu??

well i found the source. It was the tranny ground wire, there was alot of rust under the screw. thanks H-T
