Default '92 VX won't turn over, unplug fusebox connector and it cranks but no fuel/spark

Recently I did a tranny swap and hid some wiring (very minor tuck, no cutting of wires.) on my 1992 Civic VX. Also, I'm in the process of doing a dash swap (from blue to black.) The new dash is in the car, but the gauges, radio, etc... are all unhooked. The car will not even turn over when the plug (circled in GREEN in the pic) is hooked up. Unplug that connector and the car turns over very strong, lots of starter power... But no fuel and spark.

I have no idea what this could be... The car is hooked up to an external battery with a full charge, I checked how well the engine is grounded to the frame and that checks out good. I checked all the fuses, I'm testing the main relay right away to see if that's the problem but that doesn't make sense to me...

PLEASE HELP!!

just replaced the main relay with one from another car that was working fine... no change of course... i knew that wouldn't fix anything but it was worth a try i guess...

next i think i'm going to drop the blower motor and check out things on that side of the dash... I might have missed a connection there when I put everything back together.

have you bothered checking your fuel pump?
power to the pump?

this is where i would've started if i wasn't getting fuel

also check to see if there are any grounds behind the dash you may not have connected, there are ground literally all over the car, whether they can stop the car from starting or not i'm not sure of.

Thanks for spending the time to reply, but it's really a waste of time to even look at the fuel pump. It's not priming, but because there is no spark either I know that it is not the pump's "fault" that there is no line pressure...

Additionally, the fuel pump was working fine before the dash swap/fuse box tuck/tranny swap.

I'm thinking IACV could be shorting out... But it's just one of the lesser unlikely scenarios...

EDIT: I unplugged the IACV and nothing changed.
