My buddies got a 95 Eg with a greddy kit..He has a very bad reving problem, Its been to Honda and 2 other shops no one knows. revs from 500 to 3000rpm. We put new trottle body on cause we thought it was TPS, tried MAP, coolant bypass, IAC and still left with the same problem...any ideas...NO check engine lights too

Your ignition timing may be way off. Check your blue box wiring again. The blue box could also be faulty.

The blue box is what comes with the Greddy turbo kit.

 

whats the fuel system like?

 

stock system except Vortech FMU

try switching the map and tps wires

 

fuel problems..toss that blue box the **** out..***** weak...seriously.
if u have an fmu keep it..get an inline fuel pump..and a missing link. unless u got money for hondata or ghetto hondata (afc hack) this should hold u down for a while but go to turbo forum and ask how many people have had probs with the blue box
