Default swapping ques
say that i get a 96-97 civic hb and get a 98 b18c engine would it be legal? what would i need to do to make it leagal (eg. smog, crap like this.)

depends on what state you're in....

In Oregon it's leagal as long as the motor is the same year or newer than the car, and all of the smog stuff is still conected

the motor has to be legit.....all the smog devices on......vacuum lines ran right.....
