what is the best head
pretty hard to answer alot of ppl will have different opinions on this.
gs-r heads will yeild more compression, but not alot of manifolds out there for it.
b16 heads i THINK dont quote me on this flow better stock. and have better choice of manifolds. cept b16 heads on exauhst side only have single valve springs thus most ppl upgrade to aftermarket dvs and retainers,
or get a type-r head wich has a factory port and dvs on both sides.

quite the contrary.
b16<gsr/itr
not sure gsr<>itr
ask dave from head games, he PREFERS gsr heads. ports and chambers are more suitable than the b16. the b16 is a great thead but the gsr is better suited on a boosted engine.
