Why would you need pictures?

The best VTEC head would be the one that you can find in the best condition for the least amount of money. None has a significant advantage over the other, with the exception of the ITR.

gsr has a closed deck resulting in higher compression numbers which=stronger, b16 and itr=same except itr is slightlly ported.

No, it doesn't.

However, the P72 head will yield higher compression due to a smaller combustion chamber.

The castings are the same, but aside from the mild work it receives from the factory, there are also differences in the valvetrain (cams, valves, springs, LMA's).
