motor fan and ac fan don't work

im kinda confused, you mean the heat fan and the cooling fans for the motor dont work?
or just the heat and a/c fan?? If this is so they do what the other guy said those resistors are junk i had that problem in my rex andin my prelude

They are a common problem on most hondas. You can get that part from the dealer ($60) or a local part store (35 at advance). Pop your glove bx open and your will see the blower motor. The wires to that motor go to the resistor

Are you having a overheating problem? Those fan are electronically controlled by various sensors. They do not come on just because the engine is running.

both fans should work once you turn on AC regardless of temperture hot or not.
