No Instuments or clock. Advanced electronic issue
Replace a bad switch in my 94 ls. When pulling the old switch it touched the column and shocked it.... New switch, fuel pump didnt turn one. Changed back to old switch, car starts...
Problem is: Gauge lights work, No clock,No speedo, No fuel, No rpm, No coolant temp, No tripometer....
All fuses under hood and under dash are good.
Wiring seems to be good, no smoking, no burnt wires...Was a zap
Ecu is fine.
Only Thing i can think of is maybe the main relay fried....But the car still runs..
Any idea's?????????

Ya, i thought i pulled the + but i didn't
I don't see any damaged wires. That would be like 5 shorted wires for all those to be bad id think?!?!?!?

Check your big fuses under the hood. Sounds like you shorted the Ignition II circuit. Or the new switch you are puting on is not turing to Ignition II.
