gsr swap in a 93 si wiring problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys im swaping my jdm d15b from my civic si and putting a gsr but i got the gsr swap with the gsr wiring will i be able to plug up the wiring and i will be using a p28 ecu. thanks

commas and periods, they aren't just for show.

this swap is covered in the faq, you've been here for a year and thats plenty of time to find it.

do you know if its obd 1 or 2?

either way check the faq.

Just for a second, take a look at your last post. This is a honda-specific site, with over a quarter of a million users. If it's in the Frequently asked questions, chances are it's correct information.

if its obd1 then yes the harness plugs right in no problems ..you can use the p28 but it must be chipped or it wont run the way it is supposed to..if not find your self a p72 wich is a gsr computer

the base map on a p28 is that of a single cam vtec ..not a dual over head cam vtec motor ..the two have different base maps there fore it wont run right

cuz the p28 is for a d16z6 not a a b18c1 get the p28 chipped for a type r and it will run right! or like he said get the p72! better chose is the chipped p28!

ok if i get a p72 ecu dont i have to wire the knock sensor and the iab sensor or can i leave it off
