LS 2,3rd gear assembly, in s80 transmission.
Anyone has done this or know if it is possible?
The gear ratio I get from doing this will suit me fine, but before I order the parts and starts to dissasemble the transmission I want to know if the gears will fit the main and countershafts.

You can use LS 2nd and 3rd gears in a S80 transmission. You will need to use the LS 3-4 shift fork and synchro hub/sleeve assemblies as the GSR/b16 synchro and shift fork have a larger diameter. The LS 2nd will require the mainshaft of a GSR or LS.
