Default obd conversion to run hondata for boost

what all do i need to change with the conversion to run hondata s200 with p28 obd1 ecu on a obd0 b16a1?

you need an obd1 dizzy, repinned to fit the crx harness, and a 4 wire o2, i am pretty sure the other sensors will work.

since you are running a p28, you can use saturated injectors, and take out and jump the resistor harness, since the p28 kinda works better with saturated injectors, but you can keep the resistor box, and run peak and hold if you want to.

You also need an OBD0 to OBD1 ECU Conversion harness as well

You can get around re-pinning the distributor by using a plug & play obd0 to obd1 distributor jumper harness.

Concerning the o2 sensor. Save your self the money & tune the car without o2 feedback its not as big of a deal as people make it out to be if you tune the car properly.
