First of all let me say thank you for any help on this issue.

I have a HKS SSQV mounted between my turbo and the intercooler. It has been functioning fine for over 2 years now. On my way to take the car to my tuners house for some more work it just started fluttering only. I noticed it when I went full throttle and did not hear the trademarked high pitch. I am hitting full boost no problem, and no hesitation in the car at all. Any thoughts?

 

check the vac source, my friend had one on his wrx and it did fail after about 2 years and quit functioning. if you have access to a hand held vac pump pull a vac on it and see it you can move it with your finger.

 

ok, i will give that a try. did your buddy end up having to replace his?
