how much nitrous is safe for this setup?

Default how much nitrous is safe for this setup?

b20/vtec
stock bottom end
.54inch thick cometic headgasket
gsr head with flat valves
b16 cams
and 310cc injectors
hondata s300
running wet nitrous kit...i was thinking 75 shot but can i go more? anybody have a familiar setup?

dude i run a 75shot in my single cam all day, u can atleat get up to 100shot easy

u have a nice set up, i would try 100 shot but please change your rod bolts. weakest point.

hell no!!! do not do 100! the guy wit the single came doin 75 but well see how long it last him... i been doin 75 shot on a stock h22 n retarded my timing for about 3 months now.. do 75 n retard your timeing to be on the safe side. thats if you want your motor to last.

im not no stupid effin kid bro, i got my sh*t professionally tuned with crome, i got colder spark plugs, retarded the timing, i got a thicker headgasket, so dont sit there and talk crap fool, my engine has lasted me almost 2 years with nitrous.

well heres my full setup on the motor.. so you guyz can give me an informed decision on the amount of nitrous to use
its a bone stock b20b block..has about 40k miles on it
arp head studs
thicker cometic headgasket .054"
gsr head
omni titanium springs, retainers, flat valves
b16 cams
full msd setup(6al,coil, cap, blaster)
skunk i/m
4-1 headers
310 cc RC injectors
ngk 7 colder plugs
and finally the hondata s300(currently on the itr program without nitrous)
and nitrous(but how much nitrous is the question?)
p.s. it has a b16 lsd tranny with exedy clutch and fidanza 7lb flywheel
all in a 99 civic si hahah

retarding builds heat,thats what the fuel is for.check out the offical

i have spraid 185 on a stock b20 bottom end and gsr head....it is all
in the TUNE.i have spraid 400 on a b20 bottom end w/block guard,pistons,
rods,valves.the car ran 6.94@ 104 w/a 1.52 60' check out the offical
nitrous thread and some others i have posted in.but they are under
the name 1700anddroping.

my brother has a d15b vtec and sprays a 75 shot day after day and still has high comp. in all cylinders and runs great! but like everyone said start low and work ur way up
