depends on what you want.

Are you looking for comfort or performance?

to stiff may be dangerous... it could cause your *** end to bounce and kick sideways... i wouldn't recommend any full coilovers.... maybe some soft spring/strut combo

"Softer" will grip better on bad roads than "stiffer"; although without any frame of reference, those terms are meaningless.

I would suggest just leaving the stock suspension alone.

If the car is lowered significantly, softer springs may cause the suspension to bottom out more, which in itself would also make the car ride pretty bad.

What is your goal of this car? auto-x, weekend track monster, daily? etc?

What is your current setup like?

What is your ride height?

What tire size are you running?

Without this how can we help?

so its a daily car on poor roads... so get like a 1.25 front and 1.70 rear drop and some new struts... and you should be good to go

any lowering spring kit from eibach, h&r, tien, would do fine.

they make different lowering springs and are marketed at different buyers...

for dampers, go with koni or tokico

If its a daily, then i'd go softer. Espically if the roads are already harsh...

It's all relative to what is on the car currently.

I would never go with rates softer than the stock springs. Ever.

If stock springs are too harsh, then sell your car and go buy a Buick.

You could try Konis and GCs and if your looking to slam your ride.... get a higher rate in the front like 400-450 and something softer for the back since your roads apparently suck ***. like 300r

New struts if needed and Eibach or Tein springs(soft) and you;ll be fine.
