HELP!! valve stem seal will not go on properly!

Default HELP!! valve stem seal will not go on properly!

i have a set of seals for a ls head and i am using them on a 00 si b16 head. i have searched all morning long and i have found no one with my problem. they seem to be too big and will not click into place. please help!!

thats because you have the wrong seals. the guide is a bigger od on the LS. get the right seals.

this post says any d/b series valve seals that they are all the same. thats where i have been getting my information from. but thanks for the correction i really appreciate it.

Even if they did fit on the guide they wouldn't work because the valve stems are different sizes.Ls heads are 6.5mm(I think,it's been a while since I did an ls head)and B16-gsr are 5.5mm.Did you notice they have a bigger hole in them then the valve stem when trying to install?
