Default help me understand pcv system for ls/vtec

i guess i could just buy a breather kit from the old one, but i want to do it myself. i've got an ls bottom and b16 head. i want to know where the hose on the back of the intake where the pcv valve goes, . and how do you setup for a pcv breather system. thanks. all this might sound unclear, i read it twice but i hope you guys can help me out.

Kinda depends on the year of the LS.... Most LS motors had the PCV valve located on the valve cover, which led to the intake manifold.

If you Went LSVT w/ the B16 head... the pcv valve is not on the head... B16's had it on the back of the block.

Hrrmmm...

well it's a 97 ls b18b, and 00 si head, i thought that the pcv valve was on the back side of the intake manifold, kinda under it.
