The 5-lug setup will bolt onto a 96-00 Civic. The front and rear LCAs will not. The struts and springs will, only if you buy Function7 96-00 Civic "ITR style" LCAs.

Everything is the same except for the rear lower control arms - the EK ones are completely different.

You can't put ITR LCAs on a 96-00 Civic.

If it doesn't work one way, it will surely won't work the other way.

Sorry I was in a hurry and didn't complete my thought.

The rear struts are different too as in since the ITR rear struts have the eye hole in the bottom of them as opposed to the forks you can't even retain the EK lower control arms and use the ITR struts in the rear.

If you worried simply about the 5 lug itself then yeah the rear hubs can be swapped out.

The entire knuckles/spindles bolt right up, but you must keep the EK Civic upper control arms. The struts interchange too, but the Integra struts have the brake hose brackets on them.
