Default dumb transmission grind(s)

I just did a ITR swap and for my first time testing it out.. it didn't go into 3rd gear at low rpm(s) and didn't go into 4th gear as smooth and 5th gear wasn't great at all. 3rd gear would pop out sometimes and i never changed the transmission fluid, but does anyone recommend me to change the fluid to GM synchromesh or should i get in touch and try to get a replacement transmission with warranty?

i would check fluid level first, it might be low. i've tried gm synchromesh and it worked fo me, made shifts a bit smoother

AFAIK you need more than a quart to fill a transmission

So let me get this straight? You did a ITR swap into your car and didn't add fluid into the transmission?
