Default Cold Start Almost about to die....

In the morning i always let my car warm up to opperating temp before i go drive it. Now that it is cold outside it doesnt want to start, idle goes up and down from 700-300RPM. Sometimes i have to give it some gas because i fear it might stall out. My air/fuel (plx M300) is reading around 11.9-12.2. In hondata i have my idle set to 700RPM and the IAC is set to normal. Should i go into the temp/idle section in hondata to change the warm up idles? Or do you think it is some other part? It only does it when it is below 60ish. When it is warm it starts right up but only idles at 700RPM, thats why i think i need to change some settings in hondata.
Thanks

Well, do you have a FITV anymore?

I would definitely go in there and edit in some cold start settings, or it is going to take your car forever to warm up.

yes i still have the FITV i cleaned it about 5 months ago, maybe i should do it again. I thought the FITV made the car idle high and bounce up and down. Worth a try. What should i set my hondata to? Thank You.

The FITV, if working properly, will make the car idle high when cold, and idle normal when warm.

The bounce happens when the screw is too far out. If the screw is too far it, it won't idle high at all. I bet you cleaned yours and tightened the screw the whole way in. Unscrew it like 6 rotations and then see what you get.
