My fuel pressure reading slightly high.
i got a 93 hatch with a 98 gsr motor. 190 walbro fuel pump, chipped ecu, b&m fpr, and my fuel pressure is at 58 vac off, 48-50 vac on. Is this within specs, i know im running a little rich but is the only way for my car not to bug. Any chance my fuel filter is dirty or problem with injectors? does anyone know?
thats way too high..have you tried lowering via the fpr?
if you have to run that high of a fuel pressure or else it bogs, then you need to get that thing ona dyno and tune it..something isnt right...

thanx im waiting to tune it since im gonna turbocharge and tune with crome. i hope it's nothing serious im gonna run 550 injectors and boost 8-10 psi, i hope it's the gauge or the program on the ecu.
maybe i could go tune it now but it makes no sense since im gonna boost.
also can i run like 440cc and up the pressure since they are $100 cheaper

It probably does not have the bollocks to hold good pressure. With the upgraded fuel pump look into something descent such as Aeromotive for Honda.
Sounds like you are covering your base work for turbo don't skimp on important things.

gauge is bad, search people i've already covered this topic, the gauge is fault, get a guage liquid filled and u wont have any problems the vibrations of the car knock it out of wack.
