Default having a fuel pressure problem any ideas?

i have a 2.0L LSvtec with a gt3076r for fuel i have a walbro 255, ID1000 injectors, and a stock fuel pressure regulator when the car is off key on my fuel pressure gauge says 50psi when i start it it goes to 90psi and if i take the vac line off the FPR when its running the gauge goes to 95psi. I thought my adjustable fpr was messed up so i put a stock one on and it still does it and i changed out my b&m fuel pressure gauge for a no name one to see if the gauge was messed up and its reading the same. the gauge is mounted on the fuel filter. everything used to read fine and when it changed i didnt notice the car running any different so i dont know if my fuel pressure is actually that high or what. anyone have any idea why my fuel pressure might be so high? trying to tune the ID1000's and you need to know the fuel pressure to enter the right offsets. any help would be apreciated.

put a stock pump back in still at 65psi so its something other than the regulator, the pump, or the gauge anyone got any ideas on how to narrow down the problem??

so i unhooked the return line from the regulator and the tank and i can blow through it freely i tried another regulator same thing checked the hardlines from the motor to the tank all are good no dents, pinches or anything. also unhooked the charcoal canister to see if it is not venting and nothing changed car runs fine so dont know if the feed or rail being cloged would be the case since it has no issues running helms says that in the psi is higher than normal that it is the return line or regulator and it is neither. anyone else have any ideas? it is 50 psi with key on (good) it goes to 95 psi when the car is started.

FIXED!! the hat looking nut that bolts the fuel line to the rail was a little crushed not letting much fuel into the rail. i replaced it with another one and fuel pressure is back to normal. thanks everyone for the ideas
