Default Help interpreting codes

I just did a CEL check and my 95 gsr was throwing 3 codes
6 ECT - water temperature sensor
22 VTEC pressure valve
41 Primary oxygen sensor heater(focusing on this one first)

If someone could lead me in the right direction please do so. should I replace the o2 sensor or what?

Check the ECT to make sure its connected and not broke.

Is vtec crossing over? If so then who cares about 22

Check o2 sensor wiring and you can also check the resistance in the signal wire to see if its working properly.

Look in your service manual. It tells you the diagnostic procedure and what to do for each of the codes. You'll find it at the start of the Fuel and Emissions section.

If you don't have a service manual, get one! You need it if you plan to work on your own car. You can buy one here.
