code 7 i'm replacing that tomorrow

Probably a wiring issue. O2 sensor heater is the heater element on the o2 sensor (it heats up the o2 sensor so that it functions properly).

Don't know. You have a lot of codes so it might be an issue with the wiring in your car and not so much the specific codes you're getting. If that's the case, you have to fix the wiring. Otherwise, you will have to replace the O2 sensor and the rest of the stuff that's causing error codes.
