Default will i max out my stock 240cc injectors? ls/vtec setup?

ok i have a b18b1 block with a b16 head, ITR cams and valvetrain currently on 450cc dsm injectors (previous owner had it boosted, im n/a now). My question is im sick of it dumping so much damn fuel and wasting gas (i know i need it tuned, just dont have the funds right now). i have some 240cc injectors i can put in, but should i do it? will i max them out? or will i be fine?

if you on stock compression the stock injectors will be sufficient for the setup. 450 will be over kill

its going to be higher compression than an integra ls because of the b16 head, i did a compression test and got between 235 and 250 across the cyclinders (depending on how many times i cranked over). i am estimating im at like 10.5:1 compression, sound right?
