guys help me out here! my car a/c isn't working n e more the other day it was cool not when i push the a/c button the car doesn shake to let me kno that the compressor is kickin in.. i have a prob with a thermostate, which makes the temp gauge needle point the HOT.. could this cause the a/c to not kick in??? pleezz help me out!!1

 

check your fuses and your relay for the a/c
also jump the relay plug to see if that makes your compresser turn on
the easiest way to check a relay is to ground it and run a few volts through it (i.e. a drill batttery) and listen for a "click"

how do JUMP it? an as far as grounding it and runin wires how exactly do i do that?? sorry for all the question butta i wanna get my a/c back asap.. btw i really appreciate the info man
