Default Whats a fair price?

What is probably the average cost for a mechanics shop to do a rear brake change(also machining the rotors, not replacing them), bleeding the brake system, and flushing out the radiator/cooling system on a 98 civic?

Any help is appreciated

I am doing it myself, i have never paid anyone to do anything to my car. I am just wondering how much a shop would charge to do all of that(i have a 99 ex, im doing this to my friends 98 ex car tomorrow)

Hopefully it should remain nothing forever unless she starts to abuse that. If I were you I would have her help so she can learn a thing or two.
