Default starting issue and warm idle fluctuation

Hi all,

Hoping to get a little help. Here is my setup:

Sohc zc non vtec (everything internal is stock as is the head)
stock timing with a new oem dizzy (was installed before the turbo and was fine)
new oem head gasket with arp head studs
ccfab log manifold
turbonetics t3/t04e 46 trim .48 .60
dsm bov
dsm 450 blue tops (all 4 have pintle caps missing)
b&m fpr (42psi)
chipped pm6 running turboedit
bkr7's .30 gap
tial 38mm wastegate 7psi spring
Fasturbo vac manifold off of brake booster line going to intake manifold
dedicated lines for bov, wastegate, boost gauge
ebay fmic
apexi ws2 exhaust

Here is the problem:
before the turbo install the car ran and idled great and always started fine.

Since I've done the install it is very difficult to start cold or warm. I have to hold the gas pedal down and wait for it to slowly catch.

My cold start is too rich so that can explain why I need to go wot to get it to start. My warm start is around 14.5 on my wideband and it is much harder to start if the engine is already warm. I have to crank at wot for several seconds before it slowly catches and fires.

I have done no modifications to the wiring on the car and the fitv and iavc were fine before the turbo.

The map that is currently on my ecu used to idle another stock sohc zc fine with a turbo just like mine and it's from a buddy so same altitude and injector size. He never had starting issues.

Coolant has been bled multiple times including by white sol here on HT building a twin engined del sol so I think it's good.. (he also did the head gasket install)

Once the car is started it idles fine when cold and will idle between 800 and 450 when warm showing 14.5 at 800 and dipping to 17.0 at 450.

So 3 questions

1- what do you guys think is making this car so hard to start and needs wot starts..
2- why does my warm idle fluctuate between lean and stoic?
3- would you guys like to see my turboedit fuel and timing maps?

Would anyone here have enough knowledge of turboedit to look at my fuel and ignition maps and be able to help?

Mods if this would be better in Forced Induction you can move this thx

Here is what my tuboedit maps look like. I am a noob at tuning so bare with me. Is it possible that the 21 degrees around -31 -27 all in the idle values could make it very difficult to start?
