Default sun roof block off plare

hey i was wondering is there an easy way to black off my sun roof i want to remove, but im not sure if i can just buy a block of plate or do i have to go to a body shop and have them make something and match it up and bondo it. i thought i read along time ago that there was a carbon fiber insert that i could put in. thanks

yea i have the stock slider but i want to remove the whole assembly the roof comes down to low when i have my helmet on and it rubs and bothers me while im driving, so i just want to take it out all together. i have a 2000 civic ex by the way
