Default Em1 Hesistating, MIL Flashed.

I have a 00 EM1 stock b16. I was driving down the highway and everything was normal. I then started noticing that my car was begin real sluggish at high throttle. Then the MIL flashed like 4 or 5 times. It never did go solid or come back on. My scan toll says theres no coeds but its still running weird. Any ideas?

The flashing MIL means that the car is misfiring enough to damage the CAT.

Define "running weird". If there aren't any codes, it's probably not misfiring anymore. Maybe it's something mechanical.

Its running smooth but at WOT you can just like feel the power fading in and out, mostly out. Its not rough, it just feels very weak.

Like the last poster said, a flashing MIL means that the car is misfiring. I'd start looking at plugs and make sure that your plug wires are seated firmy.

New plugs did it, I think. It was the No. 2 plug. I have been having problems with that cylinder over the past couple months. It goes lean then rich back to lean back to rich and so on. I guess the plug just had enough of it. My compression is fine but I need to find out what is wrong with that cylinder.
