Default lean a/f

i just got my plx wide band hooked up and i noticed that when i take off from a stop it reads 15.1 to 16.1 for like 1 or 2 seconds then goes back to 13.8 to 14.5.and its always at about 14.5 to 1 when cruising around.Im just wondering if this 1 or 2 seconds of running lean are gonna kill my motor?
Oh and its a b16 all oem rebuild.

No, thats fine. I try to tune mine as close to 14.7:1 as possible at cruising speed.
