Default itr head on gsr bottom end

If i put a ITR head on a gs-r bottom end would a get 195, because the bore and stroke are the same.

No, you wouldn't.

As mentioned, the GS-R pistons are lower compression, and putting the ITR head on the C1 block will only further reduce the compression ratio.
