My problem is the car smokes at idle at Random times... You can drive for an hour and never see it smoke and then while at a stoplight it will smoke for 5-10 seconds.. And its definitely oil smoke not gas...
Im puzzled to what it is, maybe valve seals I dont know. Compression #s are very high...It's a 2002 with 97,xxx miles on it....
Any help on this would be much appreciated... Thanks chris

i dont smoke its bad for your health.
But umm sounds like early valve seal warning to me. Try a leakdown test. What are the compression numbers exactly???

2-3 cranks fuel was on didnt pull the relay, but they were all within 1-2 psi of each other so thats not the problem....It just smokes like every other day not all the time. It could be guides and seals but i dont know....

Under load, yes.
Bad rings would also show up in the compression tests.

Mine smoked a little when I stopped at red lights and I used about a quart of oil every 3-5k miles. I bought some crank vents and it totally stopped both the oil burning and using.
