Is it possible to get all the components I need for a turbo with a budget of 1,000 dollars? I know sombody that will install for free, so I dont need to worry about that! Im just confused on what parts i need besides the piping, bov, inter cooler, turbo, boost gauge, oil return line, But do I need to upgrade my injectors and pistons and sparkplugs or are the bolt ons just bolt on and start driving? somebody let me know, please if $1000 is realistic enough to get a turbo, and everything i need

I'll take cheap 13's over boring 16's any day of the week. It's very possible to make a reliable turbo setup for under $1000.

i'd wait a lil longer and save up more money. im sure you can build a decent kit on prob 2k.
last thing u need is to go cheap and then end up fixing things down the road.
buy quality stuff the first time.
trust me ive learned that lesson many times.
