I use my right foot to drain the gas
Have you tried syphening (sp?)? IE. stick a long slender hose in your gas tank and sucking it out.

Just drill a hole in the botom of the tank, then plug it with some bubble gum and duct tape.
Also, be sure to use a high power electric drill and have a space heater nearby.
Smoking is encouraged. (swed)

isn't there a plug in the tank ? ... thought I saw one up there last time I was under the car.
btw: in order for gas to explode it needs to be a vapor...like 6% gas/94% air mixture. In liquid form it's suprisingly not volatile.

where's the plug?
and yes, it is not too bad.. but I'd take YuengLing compared to those..
I'll keep the car running just to help burning the gas..

there is a drain plug on the tank. usually covered up by the rustproofing/coating they put on it.
if you are having bad gas issues, I would try buying the gas from a different station than the one you usually go to. they may be having problems with their storage tanks... usually underground.
what exactly is the problem you're having?

Basically I have CEL, misfire on Cylinder 1 and 3.
last year, the same thing.. 1,3,4...
I am suspecting the bad gas.. but usually CEL is gone after 5-10 minutes of driving.. this time it's been more than a day and I am sick and tired of waiting..

yeah never fill up when they are refilling the tanks (causes the crud in the tanks to be sloshed around).
Try a fuel system cleaner (maybe something like Regane).
Also, how old are the plugs, and have you checked the distributor? Could be that it doesn't quite line up until the engine heats up or something really sensitive like that.
