Default Car shuts off when coming to a stop

Can somone help me out my ek tends to shut off when im coming to a stop

if you are doing everthing you are normally doing to stop and itis still doing this then it maybe your battery or your alternator. if your car is running good when you are driving it and then when you go to stop in idles down letting the alternator slow down and then you mash the brakes and the brake lights start pulling more juice. then one of those maybe you porblem.

Just to throw this out there, but is your Check Engine Light on? If the CEL is on the ECU should have recorded a problem, reading the CEL code may give you some bread crumbs.

I've had the engine come close to dying at stops before, but I always did the usual panicked gas jiggle to keep it going. When I talked to the dealership (hey, it was still under warranty) they said I should let it die, so the ECU will record a CEL, which they could use to diagnose the issue. Of course the problem stopped happening after they looked at it. Kind of wish I knew WTF they did, but at least they didn't charge me for it.
