Alright, i just recently changed my clutch and flywheel on my EG.... The motor is a D15b8... Im pretty sure i did everything right. The car drives but something is bad is happening. When i take off on first the car doesnt really want to move foward at 1,500 RPM.. and it starts to Shake and Rattle. If i push it to about 2,000 RPM or higher it doesn't shake as much but takes off..... It does the same with Reverse.... Do you have any clue what it could be?

 

I had the same problem with my LS motor before i took it out of my integra and into my civic. I found out when i took my trany out that the flywheel was messed up a bit. Luckly i had an extra one and resufaced it and put it in. Now the car runs good.

 

What would be your best advice?

 

open it up and take a look at ur clutch job.
