New engine, new transmission, new axles, new motor mounts, new ecu, new wiring to make gauges work, new radiator, everything that bolts on to the engine. Seriously buddy, you're looking at putting a whole new front end on this car. You're looking at some serious welding unless you have ungodly fab skills for the new motor mounts. Besides, you could make just as much power with an H-swap, which would be much, much, much easier.
