HELP no fuel to spark plugs!!!
I got a friend that just swapped a B16 in his 92 Civic Hatch. We test drove it with an open downpipe. We then put an exhaust on and then try to start it- no start. Fuel filter looks good, injectors are looking good- we even tried multiple sets of injectors that are working, but the spark plugs are still dry. If you have any ideas or if I left anything out please let me know. Thanks in advanced.

I'm not that smart, maybe somebody could explain it to me.
How does the fuel get from the rail to the spark plugs?
I THINK you're saying your injectors aren't working and you've tried multiple ones...are you just confusing the words "injectors" and "spark plugs" or am I reading this the wrong way??

This is what we did. We took the spark cables off of the spark plugs. we cranked it and then check the plugs to see if they were getting the fuel but they were dry. We only did this test to see if they are getting the fuel they need.

O, okay, I gotcha.
Check your fuel pressure at the filter. Remember the vacuum hose going from the intake manifold to the fuel pressure regulator has to be disconnected - even though your engine's not starting the pistons would draw a vacuum throwing the reading off.
See what the pressure is at the filter while cranking it over and the vacuum line going from the intake manifold to the fuel pressure regulator unplugged.

40-47 psi

if you dont have a spark tester then to test spark have your friend crank while you unplug the wires one at at time from the dizzy and look inside...if spark occurs you will see sparks fly...for fuel disconnect the fuel feed line from the fuel rail and put the key in the on position if fuel pump is running fuel should come out.
we dont have a spark problem we have a fuel problem. Spark is all good but there is no fuel getting to the spark plugs. Fuel also gets to the rail.
Problem solved!! It turns out that a plug on the wiring harness wasnt plugged all the way in.
EDIT: The plug was on the wiring harnness above the passenger side shock tower.
