If your regulator is stock and you haven't messed with it, then your fuel pressure is probably fine. Check the fuel injector gaskets for leaks, and check your evaporative purge system.

any recommendations on checking the evaporative purge system because its fumes I smell no visible leaks could my return line be clogged should I run some heat and injector cleaner through it....I pulled the injectors and put the seals back in and put the fuel rail back on that all seems cool....oh and there is a gauge on the regulator sits steady at 40

fourty psi is a normal specs. since your car has ported fuel injections, it doesnt need cold start injectors (effin germans), it has to fire all four injectors at once to compansate for cold start, usually result in high gas fume. can you smell it when the car is at normal operating temperature?

not as much but I get really bad gas mileage with all the bolt ons and I can't understand how a 1.6 ltr engine would be gettin like 22-24 mpg but maybe Im just overreactin it just seems like if Im burnin that much gas I should have a lot more pull.

No CEL I bought this car the way it is and it runs spectacular closed loop when it is running rich and if it ran like that all the time I wouldnt be complaining but then when it runs open loop it drives like a completely stock honda and you would think my gas mileage would average out but that isnt the case. If its gonna get terrible gas mileage then I would prefer that it run the way it does closed loop all the time and I am worried if I put an ecu in it ....itll get even worse mileage but its cool appreciate everyones input
