Default itr internals in b16a block

So i am rebuilding a b16a and i got rid of everything except the crank i would like to fill it full of itr internals? my question is how will this change compression? what problems could i run into? i am only lookin for about 200whp. i was goona put ctr or itr or skunk pro 1 cams. now i know ctr got more lift than itr but are they better than pro 1 for a daily driven setup? And should i put itr valves springs, retainers, and valves. or buy blox or skunk 2? I have had my head pocket ported and polished. I am going to have my intake manifold and header portmatched, will this cause any problems? I am very new to the honda game as far as completely rebuilding my motor. i wan a realiable honda that has some pep dont bust my ***** if this is all wrong i just want some info from someone who knows what they are talkin about
THANKS MY FELLOW HT MEMBERS

CTR and ITR head components are the same. you can use ITR pistons without any problems, but i believe you have to use B16 rods (somone correct me if i'm wrong).

ITR pistons in a B16A will lower compression, which probably isn't something you want to do on an N/A B16A build.

I thought that the type-R rods had different main journal width's by like 1mm or somthing...
