I called several places to get quotes on having some 15" wheels powder coated. The average price for those is about $50 per wheel. If they wheels need to be stripped/prepped that will add about another $50 to the total cost, so you're looking at $250 for a set of 15" wheels, maybe $300 or so for 17" wheels.

Lol at shops that charges by the size. Our shop charges by how complex the wheel design is. Powder cant exactly shoot to a specific spot you want due to the electrodes pulling it in. $250 is about the average price for a wheel to strip and powdercoat. If you dont pick a in house color it's maybe $40 more. Btw we refinished 24 inch wheels for $300 before. I would look up small powdercoating shops that is getting into it because they tend to charge less. Any idiot can powder with the right equipments and some typical paint knowledge.

yea, i found a smaller shop in indiana, and they said 50bucks a rim, but i told them that i went to a technical school and had them power coat them and they said they could drop the price down to like 25-30bucks a rim. so no more than 100-150bucks not oo bad and im just wanting a flat black almost like the color of the speedy light 5's.
